Ready-to-use, non-paintable underbody corrosion protection for all vehicle types.

Underbody Protection M40 is a long-lasting, bitumen-based corrosion protection coating. The underbody protection has a sound-absorbing effect and offers long-lasting protection for the underbody of cars, lorries and buses. After drying, a robust and well-adhering protective layer is created that is resistant to numerous weather influences and stone chipping.

Application

Substrate

Very good adhesion (without pre-treatment) on a variety of clean, dry, dust- and grease-free substrates. It is advisable to carry out an adhesion test before application.

Preparation and application

• Shake before use
• The surfaces to be treated must be clean, dry and free of rust, dust and grease
• Can be applied with an underbody spray gun at an air pressure of 3 to 4 bar
• Re-coating without bleeding through
• Please note that this is a coating that cannot be painted over
• Optimum spraying distance: 30 cm
• Apply the underbody protection until the layer thickness is reached. If several coats are to be applied, it is recommended to allow each coat to dry. The underbody protection M40 can be applied drip-free without spray mist or cracking Product residues on surfaces and equipment can be easily removed with solvents as long as they have not yet dried
• Recommended application temperature between 15°C and 25°C
• Cleaning surfaces and equipment: remove undried product residues with solvents
