ATEX
Colad Film4Booth is not conductive. To determine whether Film4Booth is suitable for use in your ATEX work area, the user is responsible for identifying and assessing the risks associated with the product in their process in accordance with the ATEX User Directive 1999/92/EC.
Colad Film4Booth is tested according to the EN 60079-0 standard. According to EN 60079-32-1, Colad Film4Booth can be applied to paint booth walls, for zones 1 and 2 for explosion group IIA and in zones 20-21-22, explosion groups IIIA - IIIB - IIIC, in processes where manual static sources are available. In processes where strong static sources are available (e.g. electrostatic coating), the process can only be carried out > 100 cm away from Film4Booth.
# Although Film4Booth is non-conductive, it cannot be applied on the floor of an ATEX area (zone 0-1-2/20-21-22).
## Film4Booth should not be used to cover objects.
### The user should always determine and assess whether the Film4Booth product poses any risks in their process. It is the user's responsibility to fulfil the requirements of the ATEX User Directive 1999/92/EC and to determine whether Film4Booth can be used safely in their process.
#### Only persons with sufficient knowledge of the ATEX User Directive 99/92/EC may assess the risk in an ATEX area.
