Coating material is prepared, diluted and conditioned in pressurised vessels, continuously stirred (if required) and then added en masse to constantly maintain the desired viscosity and correct pressure. The Binks pressure vessels are equipped with easy-to-operate air regulators. They can be set to the desired material outlet pressure. They also have safety pressure valves and manual, rotary or oscillating circulation to ensure the best agitation.
