Air-Operated Pumps Maple 7/15 and Maple 8/25

BINKS air-driven horizontal piston pumps with a ratio of 15:1 and 25:1 are suitable for solvent- and water-based paints as well as many other coatings.

The pump design combines an energy-efficient air motor with two low-shear fluid sections. Cutting-edge technology such as ground steel spools and air valves enable optimal control of the reverse movement of the air motor, ensuring a consistent flow of material.

The Low Ice quick exhaust technology developed by Binks for the air motor prevents the pump from stopping unexpectedly, even at high cycle rates. The patented Binks air valve is equipped with a magnetic detent mechanism to prevent blockages.

Pressure fluctuations are reduced to a minimum by maintaining constant pressure on each stroke of the horizontally mounted dual piston rod. This ensures continuous, virtually pulsation-free material delivery.

The low number of spare parts reduces maintenance to a minimum. This means that the pump can be operated practically maintenance-free and without downtime. Two silencers and intelligent exhaust air technology reduce noise to a minimum. If required, an adapter set allows the pumps to be easily connected to an external exhaust air system.
