The Binks MX pumps represent a completely new development in pump technology. The patented solenoid switching ensures smooth, virtually pulsation-free pump operation for perfect results. The MX pumps operate at a ratio of 70:1, 60:1, 42:1 and 36:1 and have a maximum delivery volume of 11.4 or 13.2 l/min at 60 cycles. The ceramic-coated piston and spring-loaded packings ensure a threefold increase in piston service life compared to hard-chromed pistons, as well as reduced maintenance and downtime. All parts that come into contact with the material are made of high-quality stainless steel or standard steel and offer the best compatibility for a wide range of industrial coating materials.

Stainless steel pumps are preferred for processing water-based paints because of their corrosion resistance. At the same time, they offer the best compatibility for a wide range of industrial coating materials. Binks MX pump pistons have an extremely smooth and hard ceramic coating. This makes them particularly durable and also ideal for processing abrasive materials.
Carbon steel pumps are used primarily for processing solvent-based materials with a high solids content. They are not suitable for water-based paints.
