3nh YS3020 Portable Spectrophotometer – Measurement geometry & functions: D/8 — with Bluetooth

The YS3000 series of portable spectrophotometers combine precise spectral colour measurement with state-of-the-art optical technology and an ergonomic handheld design. The YS3060, YS3020 and YS3010 models have been developed for professional colour control, colour difference analysis and quality management in industry, laboratories and production.

Thanks to D/8 geometry, SCI/SCE technology, planar grating spectroscopy and high-performance CMOS dual sensors, the instruments deliver stable and reproducible measurement results on a wide variety of materials and surfaces. Depending on the model, UV support, Bluetooth communication and various aperture sizes are available for flexible measurement tasks.

Special features

The devices feature an ergonomic handheld design with a capacitive touchscreen and integrated camera positioning. Automatic real-time calibration ensures stable measurement results and reduces operator error.

The long-lasting full-spectrum LED light sources can perform more than 3 million measurements or last for approximately 5 years. The lithium-ion batteries allow for up to 5,000 measurements within 8 hours.

The YS3060 and YS3020 models also support Bluetooth communication for modern mobile colour management and wireless data transfer.
