Scope of delivery
The TS8500 series benchtop grating spectrophotometers have been developed for high-precision colour, reflectance, transmittance and haze measurements in the laboratory and in industrial quality control processes. The TS8500, TS8510, TS8520 and TS8560 combine state-of-the-art CMOS sensor technology, SCI/SCE synchronous measurement and a powerful colour management system to ensure maximum measurement accuracy and repeatability. Thanks to the combination of D/8 reflection geometry and D/0 transmission measurement, the systems are ideally suited for demanding applications in research, production and quality management.
Applications
The TS8500 series is used for colour and quality control of paints, varnishes, plastics, textiles, printed materials, packaging, films, liquids and transparent materials. Thanks to SCI/SCE technology and UV support, the instruments are particularly suitable for fluorescent materials, effect paints and high-precision laboratory analyses.

Special features
The instruments feature automatic temperature and humidity compensation to ensure highly accurate measurement results. The integrated camera enables precise positioning of the measurement surface in real time. The open transmission chamber allows even larger or thicker samples to be analysed flexibly. The combination of xenon and LED light sources in the TS8500 and TS8560 models further improves the detection of fluorescent materials.
