The cross-cut tester complies with ISO 2409, ASTM D 3359, DIN 53151 and the cutting edges can be changed quickly and easily on the CS2000 cross-cut tester with a cutting distance of 6×1 mm. In addition, each cutting edge has 8 cutting edges, allowing you to work with one cutting edge for a very long time. Available with 1, 2, 3 and 4 mm cutting edge spacing for a coating thickness range from 0 to > 250 µm. The cutting edge distance of 4mm is for applications over 250µm coating thickness.
