SaniForce drum emptying systems are designed to handle the thickest and toughest foods, personal care products and active pharmaceutical ingredients. With a discharge rate of up to 99%, SaniForce systems reduce product waste while providing a solution for conveying products up to 2,000,000 cps using hygienically designed high pressure piston pumps. Ram systems increase food safety by forming a sealed system with the container and improve worker ergonomics by preventing injuries from manual scooping and dumping of containers and ingredients. The inflatable sealing system is flexible enough to accommodate multiple drum shapes and sizes.
