SaniForce pneumatic diaphragm pumps are designed to meet the stringent hygiene requirements of the most demanding food, beverage, personal care and pharmaceutical applications. Air-operated SaniForce double diaphragm pumps reduce the number of tri-clamps and seals used in the material path. The result is a pump that is easier to sanitise and clean, and quicker and easier to disassemble and maintain. Conveying solids up to 3.8" in diameter and vertical and horizontal mounting of the pump. 316L stainless steel material section and multiple elastomer options provide flexibility for handling almost any material and cleaning chemical. Elastomer options for high temperature materials or vapour cleaning options.
Hygienic pneumatic diaphragm pumps ranging in size from 101 mm (1" up to 4")
- Flow rates up to 567 l/min and pressure up to 8.6 bar (125 psi)
- Handles solids up to 96.5 mm (3.8'') in diameter
- One-piece manifolds require fewer tri-clamps and gaskets for a cleaner material path and design
- Surface finish options or 125, 32 or 20 Ra
- Multiple approval and certification options: 3A, ATEX, USP Class VI, CE, 3.1 certification
- Optional leak sensors notify users if processes could be compromised
- All wetted parts made entirely of 316L stainless steel
- Multiple internal elastomers ensure compatibility with your material and cleaning chemicals
- Tri-clamp and hygienic DIN connections available
