DVXA Ratchet Back End Auto Gun Kit – automatic spray gun of the DVX series with needle stroke adjustment screw (ratchet back end) for fast, precise process adjustments and maintenance-friendly handling in automated systems.
The DVXA combines an optimized front-end architecture with controlled turbulence management between air and material. This results in very uniform spray patterns with high transfer efficiency – for less overspray and reduced material consumption. At the same time, a air-saving operation is possible (spraying from approx. 2 bar, depending on air cap/material).
