Scope of delivery
The SR 905 back-mounted filter system with the SR 952 double-hose is a comfort-oriented addition to the Sundström respiratory protection system. By relocating the filter to the back, the weight on the mask is reduced, resulting in significantly greater freedom of movement and improved comfort.
System & Application
The system consists of an external filter holder with belt attachment and a double hose (SR 952) that directs the filtered air to the SR 900 half mask. The air is drawn in through the filters and fed to the mask via the breathing tube.
The external placement of the filter makes the mask more compact and allows it to be used without difficulty in combination with visors or additional protective equipment. The system is ideal for industrial applications where high mobility and low weight in the face area are crucial.
