The Sundström SR 500 / SR 530 Complete Respiratory Protection Set is a high-performance powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) designed for demanding working environments. It combines the SR 500 fan unit with the SR 530 protective hood and offers reliable protection against particles, gases and vapours.
System & Application
The system operates with a continuous air flow that is purified through filters and directed to the hood via a breathing tube. The resulting positive pressure prevents harmful substances from entering the breathing zone and ensures high wearing comfort even during prolonged use.
The combination of blower unit and hood provides a comfortable alternative to traditional respiratory protection solutions and is particularly suitable for heavy, hot or prolonged work.
The SR 530 hood protects the face, head, neck and shoulders and, thanks to its design, is also suitable for users with beards, as a tight mask fit is not required.
