The Dyna-Star high-pressure pump and HF 24VDC electric lubrication pump complement our Dyna-Star 10:1 hydraulic pump and Fire-Ball 300 50:1 pneumatic pump offerings. For heavy-duty mining equipment, rely on the Dyna-star electric pump to deliver fresh lubricant to protect critical pivot points from contamination. An automatic lubrication system from Graco keeps critical components lubricated and operational without costly downtime.
For use in mining, grinding and crushing, heavy-duty construction, well servicing and industrial applications.
- To keep contaminants out, the high-quality hardened steel helical gears are lubricated and sealed for life. This ensures longer and more consistent performance.
- Motor settings such as power supply, motor speed, current control and signal reception can be customised to ensure that the pump is a perfect fit for your application and external conditions.
- Mechanical automatic filling stop during filling and a separately mounted remote filling ensure clean and efficient refilling
- The relief valve is attached directly to the pump without special brackets or hoses. This compact design therefore requires fewer attachments that can wear out or break off.
- Protection class IP69K
- Built-in pressure relief valve for increased safety and a compact and efficient installation.
- Filling and unloading paths without cavitation - This guarantees simple and direct unloading and filling directly to the suction pipe of the pump.
- The integrated lifting ring is designed for up to 226 kg (500 lbs).
- Strong 12 gauge steel tank, size 27 kg (60 lb).
- AC/DC converter for fixed applications and production lines.
