Colour change in 35 seconds
The OptiFlexPro Q hand-held device is an extended version of the tried-and-tested OptiFlex Pro B and has additional modules for extremely fast colour changes. The powerful vacuum source, built into the frame of the device trolley, automatically cleans the outer surface of the suction tube as it is pulled up. The extracted powder is fed into the booth's filter system via an exhaust air hose. The automatic cleaning process is started directly on the OptiSelect® Pro gun or by pressing the remote button on the control module. All powder-carrying components, from the suction pipe to the injector, the powder hose to the gun and the spray nozzle, are automatically blown out with pulsating bursts of compressed air.
