Graco's SaniForce 1590, 1.5-inch air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump provides a hygienic solution for customers needing to pump flow rates up to 80 gpm. It offers a quick knock-down design for easy cleaning and a low cost of ownership.

Features

Ideal for food processing and personal care markets. Common applications include high volume evacuation of liquid concentrates from holding vessels or repackaging of fluids from the original container to smaller receptacles. Suitable to pump products like flavorings, purees, sauces and other low to medium viscosity materials.

1.5 inch sanitary pump with flow rates up to 80 gpm (302.8 lpm) and pressures up to 120 psi (8 bar)
Seal-less diaphragm pump design eliminates leaking and failures due to run-dry pump conditions
Graco double diaphragm pumps stall under pressure preventing pump failures from clogged lines or closed valves
Externally serviceable air valves deliver leading efficiency and reduce downtime.
Equipped with inlet and outlet tri-clamp connections, offering a quick knockdown design for easy cleanability and a swift maintenance process
