Förderpumpen sind erforderlich, um A- und B-Materialien zu den Reactor®-Spritzsystemen zu fördern. Bei der T4-Förderpumpe wird der bewährte Merkur®-Luftmotor von Graco mit einer Unterpumpe aus Kohlenstoffstahl kombiniert. Die T4 ist eine Pumpe mit einem Mischverhältnis von 3:1 mit ProConnect-Technologie, die schnellen Anschluss und Abtrennung des Luftmotors an der Unterpumpe ermöglicht.
- Schneller Übergang zwischen Fässern – schneller Wechsel zu einem neuen Materialfass ohne heruntertropfende Chemikalien wie bei Verwendung mehrerer Unterpumpen.
- Leichtere Manövrierbarkeit – einfacher Wechsel der T4-Pumpe zwischen Fässern durch schnelles Abtrennen des Luftmotors von der Unterpumpe vor dem Wechsel. Dadurch wird die Pumpe leichter und die nötige Deckenhöhe Ihrer Anlage wird reduziert.
- Beseitigung von Ausfallzeiten – mit einer einfach zu installierenden Ersatz-Unterpumpe sind Sie sofort wieder einsatzbereit, wenn Ihre Unterpumpe gewartet werden muss.
