Discover automatic spray guns for series coating, robot applications, and highly automated coating systems. Our range includes Airless, AirCombi/Air Mix, and Airspray (HVLP/conventional) – for maximum process reliability, repeatability, and surface quality.
Airless automatic spray guns are the first choice for large-scale applications with high material throughput. They work without additional atomizing air, achieve high transfer efficiency, and deliver uniform coatings with minimal overspray – ideal for paint lines and robot cells. Learn more about Airless
AirCombi (Airmix) combines Airless material pressure with air assistance for an especially fine finish. Result: precise material control, clean edge definition, and excellent surface quality with high area performance – ideal for complex geometries and varying components. Learn more about AirCombi
Airspray automatic guns deliver the finest atomization and maximum control – perfect for detailed work, premium visible surfaces, and thin layers. Thanks to consistent air cap characteristics, they are highly automatable and robot-compatible. Learn more about Airspray
All systems are designed for line integration and robots (I/O 24 V, pneumatics, sensors). Advantages: short cycle times, high repeat accuracy, reduced material consumption, and consistent quality. Accessories such as nozzles, hoses, filters as well as material pressure tanks and pumps ensure process stability.
Discover in our shop high-quality AirCombi guns, nozzles, and hoses – precisely manufactured for efficient coating, uniform atomization, and perfect surfaces in professional use. Request personal consultation now or Buy automatic pistols online now.

An automatic spray gun is designed for series coating in systems, lines, or robot cells. It is pneumatically or electrically operated, precisely controls the needle stroke, and atomizes the material depending on the technology (Airspray/HVLP/conventional or AirCombi/Airmix) with air assistance. The result is reproducible film thicknesses, consistent quality, and high process reliability.
Automatic spray technology is ideal for industrial continuous processes: metal and plastic parts, wood and furniture surfaces, machinery and plant construction, as well as corrosion protection. It enables short cycle times, uniform application, and energy- and material-efficient coating – even in robot-supported cells.
The selection depends on the material and the required surface. For Airspray/HVLP, sizes of 0.8–1.3 mm are generally suitable for paints/varnishes, and 1.3–1.8 mm for primers/fillers. For AirCombi/Airmix, nozzle bores of approximately 0.009"–0.019" are typically used. Key factors include viscosity, desired film thickness, and the matching air cap.
Airspray/HVLP: Atomizing air approx. 1.0–2.5 bar, material feed (tank/pump) usually
0.5–1.5 bar.
AirCombi/Airmix: Material pressure approx. 70–130 bar plus atomizing air
0.5–1.5 bar.
The optimal values depend on nozzle size, material viscosity, and the required
surface quality.
Enhance the quality of your coating projects with our high-quality automatic spray guns – for professional results at the highest level.
