This page provides all relevant information on returning goods, processing returns and receiving refunds in the event of withdrawal from a contract.

For returns from Germany, please use our returns portal. This ensures that your return is processed quickly and efficiently.

General Return Conditions
- Returns from Germany must be registered in advance via our returns portal.
- Items must be returned complete, unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
- Returns of opened, damaged or used items may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
- Unregistered returns cannot be processed and may be delayed.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective or were delivered incorrectly.
Return shipping costs within Germany depend on the carrier and parcel weight. As a guideline, they typically range between €5 and €15 per parcel.
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (B2C)
If you place an order as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, takes possession of the goods.

After declaring withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days.
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Returns for Businesses (B2B)
For contracts with businesses, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal or return.
Returns are only accepted following prior approval and on a voluntary basis.
- Request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods
- Goods must be complete and unused
- Original packaging must be included
- No custom-made or individually configured products
In the case of opened packaging or signs of use, a restocking fee may apply or the return may be refused.

As a manufacturer of professional electrical equipment, we inform you about the possibility of returning waste electrical equipment of the brand beschichtpunkt.
This return system applies exclusively to commercial users (B2B). Disposal via household waste is prohibited by law.
Waste electrical equipment can be returned after prior registration.
