We size output (l/min), air volume/control pressure, filter fineness and hose packages precisely according to material, viscosity and required reach.

What is a low-pressure pump and what is it used for?
Low-pressure pumps – usually air-driven diaphragm or transfer pumps – provide Airspray applications with a constant supply from containers or pressure tanks. They deliver gently, are suitable for low- to medium-viscosity materials and allow long hose runs with low pulsation levels.
How do I select output, air volume and filtration?
The required output (l/min) is derived from nozzle orifice, desired film thickness and cycle time. Air volume/control pressure are set via regulators. Select filter fineness to suit the nozzle; for solvent-based materials consider ATEX and stainless steel.
What increases stability, safety and surface quality?
Clean, dry compressed air, correctly dimensioned hose packages and optional pulsation dampeners stabilize the flow. Precise regulators/gauges, short dead volumes and suitable filters improve reproducibility. Safety: grounding/ATEX, tested pressure relief (PRV) and low-leakage fittings.
