AirCombi (air-assisted airless) combines the delivery power of a high-pressure pump with the fine mist control of an air cap. The result: a fine finish, defined edges and reduced overspray – even with high viscosity and long hose runs.

What is AirCombi and when is it beneficial?
AirCombi (air-assisted airless) combines high-pressure delivery with a small amount of atomizing air at the air cap. This creates a finer surface, defined edges and less overspray than pure airless – while maintaining high area output.
How do I choose pressure ratio, tip size and air cap?
The pressure ratio is derived from the target pressure, viscosity and hose lengths. Tip size defines throughput and film build; the air cap shapes edges, fan width and finish. Select filter mesh to match the tip; consider ATEX/stainless steel for solvent-based materials.
