Manual powder systems combine powder gun and control unit with booth, extraction and powder supply into a compact, flexible solution for manual powder coating.
We configure gun type, kV/µA control, powder feed, air quality and booth airflow precisely to the part, powder system and throughput – for reproducible film builds with minimal powder consumption.

Manual powder systems consist of a powder gun with control unit, powder feed (e.g. powder trolley/container) and a booth with extraction. They are suitable for flexible, economical coating of small to medium batch sizes, allow fast color changes and provide high reproducibility with correct grounding and air quality.
How do I select the right gun, control unit and booth?
Selection is based on part geometry, required film build, powder system (EP/PES/hybrid), throughput and color change frequency. Important parameters: kV/µA control and recipe profiles, stable powder feed, efficient booth airflow with filtration as well as dry, clean compressed air.
What improves stability, safety and surface quality?
Constant grounding (<1 MΩ), correctly set high voltage/current limit (kV/µA) and an optimized powder/air mixture ensure uniform film build.
