The rinsing module can be used in combination with the OptiStar control unit. The rinsing module is used to increase the stability of the application processes. When processing metallic powders, for example, any bridging that could lead to short circuits is eliminated.
In humid or tropical environments, any moisture is driven out of the injector, powder hose and gun. The colour change is accelerated for non-extreme colour changes.
With PowerClean, the operator can activate a quick cleaning cycle directly from the gun and remove all powder build-up.

How PowerClean works
The operator activates PowerClean (7) directly at the gun (4) or at the control unit (5). Even during coating.
The system forcefully blows compressed air in intervals through the PowerClean module (3), the injector (2), the powder hose and the powder gun (4).
The blasts of compressed air clean all powder-conducting components and efficiently remove powder build-up.
