Foil bag D60 for Tieser distillation unit Solvent series DIstatic type D25 Foil bag D60 for use in TIESER distillation units, with these foil bags the paint residues can be easily removed from the boiler after distillation. The foil bags are made of highly heat-resistant polyamide and are safe to use in the following areas: Gas: Zone 0, 1 and 2 for gas groups (explosion groups) IIA and IIB Dust: Zone 20, 21, 22 for all dust groups To prevent incorrect, unsuitable film bags from being used in the explosion area, our film bags are supplied with a safety print that clearly documents compliance with the standards. Our printed foil bags type D12 and D25 are also punched to make it easier to insert them around the vapour collection tube. The clipped film bags provide additional stability, which we recommend for larger weights that place a load on the bags. To prevent the bags from sticking to the boiler and possibly being destroyed during removal, it is also important to keep the boiler clean at all times (we recommend the use of non-stick agents).
