The SR 587 / SR 580 system combines the tried-and-tested safety helmet with a gold-plated heat-protective visor, thereby offering a highly effective solution for working in conditions of extreme heat. The SR 580 safety helmet is part of a fan-assisted respiratory protection system and can be combined with fan units such as the SR 500 or SR 700.
