Scope of delivery
The SR 500 / SR 580 complete respiratory protection system combines a high-performance powered air-purifying respirator with a robust safety helmet fitted with a visor, offering reliable protection for demanding industrial applications. The continuous supply of fresh air ensures a high level of protection and a comfortable wearing experience, even during prolonged use.
System & Application
The system consists of the SR 500 blower and the SR 580 safety helmet with visor, forming a fully integrated respiratory protection solution. The filtered air is supplied via a hose and creates positive pressure in the breathing zone, thereby reliably preventing the ingress of particles and pollutants.
The SR 580 safety helmet also offers effective mechanical head protection as well as face protection and is ideal for industrial applications, construction work, and grinding and machining processes. The system is specifically designed for work in dusty or contaminated environments.
The combination of respiratory protection, face protection and head protection provides a comprehensive level of safety, whilst the constant air flow significantly increases wearing comfort.
