SATA vision 2000

SATA vision 2000 is a full-hood and specially designed to meet the requirements of painters. Respiratory tracts, eyes, skin and hair are effectively protected. In addition, it offers a high level of comfort and optimal hygiene. The hood is available in a set with a hygiene hood insert, replaceable sweatband and acoustic warning device. This full hood is specially designed to meet the requirements of painters and protects the respiratory tract, eyes, skin and hair (particularly important when using water-based materials). It is also comfortable to wear and offers optimal hygiene. The hood is available in a set with a silencer, hygienic hood insert, replaceable sweatband and audible warning device. It includes a belt unit – optionally with an activated carbon adsorber and air flow control and indicator, or a T-piece with control.

Respiratory protection is health protection

SATA respiratory protection systems, whether in the form of a hood or half-mask, impress with their maximum protection, long service life and comfortable fit. This means health protection with full freedom of movement and high acceptance among painters.

Respiratory protection devices can be categorised into two types: ambient air-independent and ambient air-dependent. Self-contained systems supply the painter with breathing air from an area outside the work environment via a compressed air hose. This air is usually additionally cleaned by a filter system. In the case of air-dependent systems, on the other hand, the air comes from the work environment, which is contaminated with particles and vapours. The filters for cleaning the breathing air are located on the mask.
