Sagola DPC800 Paint Cup & Collar – practical cup system for painting
Scope of delivery
The system combines robust reusable cups made of ABS plastic with disposable inliners and a precisely fitting screw ring (collar). This drastically reduces cleaning effort and minimises solvent consumption while ensuring a constant supply of material.
System structure & mode of operation
The Sagola DPC paint cup consists of a reusable ABS outer cup
with integrated mixing and volume scales and a disposable inliner,
which contracts evenly during spraying. The orange
screw ring (collar) securely fastens the cup, lid and filter together
and ensures a tight connection to the adapter.
The integrated, full-surface filter in the lid ensures an even
paint flow – regardless of the working position. Even overhead and
angled work is possible without any problems.

• 100 ml – spot repairs & minor touch-ups
• 200 ml – 1–2 body parts
• 400 ml – 2–3 body parts
• 600 ml – 3–4 body parts
• 800 ml – larger areas & complete paint jobs
Compatibility
The paint cups & collars are part of the Sagola DPC™ system and are used in combination with the appropriate stainless steel adapters. The system is compatible with almost all Sagola spray guns and many models from other manufacturers .
