Functionality & application
When the trigger is pulled, the air supply opens first, followed by the precise
material needle control. The product is fed to the nozzle by gravity or suction and is
mixed with the air in a controlled manner – ideal for a homogeneous spray pattern.
The two-stage trigger characteristic ensures a clean separation between the air and material flow.
The 3600 XPT supports various air caps:
• XPT CLEAR – for clear coats
• XPT BASE – for base coats
• XPT HVLP – particularly high transfer rate at lower pressure
