The trigger force of the VECTOR guns has been reduced by 50%. The two-stage air valve prevents the transfer of air to the material.
In addition to the lightweight, solid and durable polymer from which the VECTOR electrostatic guns are made, a change in the high-voltage cascade in particular ensures an enormous reduction in weight. The shifted centre of gravity, the slim, handy design of the handle and the lighter trigger with adjustable finger rest ensure maximum ease of use.
Improved atomisation and application efficiency
Horn air lower than atomiser air. The new version of VECTOR redistributes the pressure in the air cap and regulates the balance between atomising air and horn air. As a result, the paint particles move more slowly through the charging field, which leads to higher charging. More paint is guided to the part to be beschicht., thus minimising overspray significantly. The spray jet adjustment is particularly easy thanks to a ratchet screw with a "recognition effect" of the starting position.
VECTOR cascade guns have a control system with three high-voltage fixed values. The unprecedented control of the voltage and the unique flexibility make it easy for the user. With a single switch, he can switch the voltage on or off and choose between three pre-set voltage levels.
Improved durability
VECTOR guns have 25 % fewer parts than other electrostatic guns. The design of the thread on the gun body has also been simplified. All O-rings are made of durable Kalrez. This increases durability and reduces maintenance times and servicing costs.
The most modern materials are used for the handle, pistol body, trigger guard and air cap. The entire design of the VECTOR pistols has been made more solid and streamlined. They are characterised in particular by better weight distribution and ergonomics.
We have introduced simpler, oversized threads for the air cap retaining ring and material nozzle.

Improved electronic controls
The VECTOR control unit allows the user to control the high voltage with three preset high voltage values.
In addition, the voltage can be switched on and off directly at the cascade gun. The microprocessor-based control unit enables continuous data acquisition.
This allows the paint consumption to be derived from the number of parts to be painted. The large and bright display elements of the high-voltage generator are recognisable even from a distance of 15 m.
Possibility of interlocking with external releases, e.g. supply/exhaust air, air, conveyor via built-in connection terminals. Multi-position brackets are optionally available.
The low-voltage unit can be installed in a 19" rack. Brackets for wall or base mounting are available as an option.
