Automatic lubrication for progressive metering systems
- The G1 Plus is equipped with a timer that controls on/off operations and can optionally be fitted with a level indicator so that the pump switches off automatically when the reservoir is empty. The manual operating mode can be used for demand-orientated lubrication processes, optionally also by remote control.
- 4 litre container
- Connect to 12 VDC
- Integrated versatility - Available with agitator blade and scraper arm to prevent the lubricant from segregating. Optionally with follower plate so that the lubricant always remains level, even at large installation angles.
- Powerful pump - The G1 has a pump element that reliably delivers lubricant when it is needed.
- Continuous material flow - Using the latest material dynamics, specially shaped lubricant inlet channels in the pump prevent the formation of zones in which the grease stands for longer and could therefore segregate.
- Designed for a long service life - The decoupled drive minimises stress on the motor and pump element.
