  • Versatile and suitable for use in a wide range of climatic conditions and viscosities thanks to three highly efficient nozzles.
  • Smoother operation with low-recoil coaxial air valve for even better air and colour control, making it easier to achieve fade-out and fade-in effects.
  • Faster, easier cleaning and maintenance thanks to simplified, user-friendly components.
  • The forged aluminium bodies have a robust anodised gold coating.
  • This makes the guns suitable for a wide range of tasks in the paint shop

The DeVilbiss GTi Pro LITE has become an icon of spray painting technology and is the world's first choice for professional vehicle painting. The reasons for this are its outstanding atomisation performance, incredible colour accuracy and excellent handling.
The GTi Pro LITE is now available in three colours. The highly durable anodised surface is available in gold, in bright blue and in matt black with an extremely robust and durable "Quick Clean" coating. We know that you need to be able to recognise each gun at a glance so that you can work optimally, quickly and efficiently.

FIRST-CLASS AIR CONTROL: The design of the coaxial air valve minimises recoil. This makes the GTi Pro LITE easy to control, ensuring perfect transitions, pin-point colour accuracy and an excellent finish.

PERFECT HANDLING AND PERFORMANCE We understand the importance of fit and feel with our spray guns. And it's not about looks, but performance. The GTi Pro LITE's forged aluminium body is ergonomically designed to provide the perfect, class-leading balance in the hand.

Choose the perfect nozzle opening depending on the colour to be sprayed. Below you will find a reference table that will help you determine the nozzle openings we recommend for different paints and colours. Of course, the size also depends on the preferences of the painter:

  • 2K paints: 1.3 to 1.4
  • Base coats: 1.2 to 1.4
  • primers: 1.5 to 2.0
  • Spray putties: 2.5 to 3.0
  • Water-based paints: 1.3 to 1.4

HVLP vs. Trans-Tech:

HVLP Also not new – this technique emerged in the early 1990s with the introduction of stricter environmental legislation. A larger volume of air (300 to 840 l/min or 11 to 30 cfm) at a lower pressure atomises the materials. Despite the lower pressure, transfer efficiency is significantly higher than with the conventional method. The nozzle sizes used are slightly larger. HVLP spray guns are officially limited by law to a maximum atomisation pressure of 0.7 bar (10 psi).
Trans-Tech
In the mid-1990s, the advantages of conventional and HVLP-based techniques were combined for the first time. TransTech enables more atomisation energy. In addition, the transfer efficiency increased compared to the conventional method. Like HVLP, TransTech meets the legal requirements that stipulate that the transfer efficiency of the processed materials must not fall below 65%. (BSEN 13966: "Determination of Transfer Efficiency of atomising and spraying equipment for liquid coating materials"). The air cap pressure is between 1.3 and 3 bar (20 to 45 psi) and consumption is between 250 and 560 l/min (9 to 20 cfm). Thus, HVLP has been replaced by TransTech in many applications due to its superior performance.
