The K75I and K75A in-line filters have been developed for the filtration of coating materials in professional high-pressure spray systems. Thanks to their compact design and integrated fine filtration, they reliably protect nozzles, pumps and other system components from contaminants. Depending on the model, variants with stainless steel or aluminium housings are available. The filters are designed for operating pressures of up to 500 bar (7250 psi) and 250 bar (3625 psi) respectively.

Applications

The in-line filters are integrated directly into the material line and are used for the reliable filtration of lacquers, paints and coating materials. By retaining particles, they extend the service life of nozzles and spray components and ensure consistent material flow. The different housing designs allow the filters to be adapted to the specific requirements of the application.
