Scope of delivery
The Ø140 mm filter bell system is designed for the reliable suction filtration of coating and conveying media. Its robust construction allows it to be used in material supply systems where contaminants need to be retained during the suction process. Stainless steel discs with various mesh sizes are available to meet different filtration requirements.
System & Application
The suction filter system is installed directly at the material inlet and protects downstream components from contaminants. The stainless steel filter discs allow the system to be tailored to different materials and filtration requirements as needed. The large-surface-area filter design promotes a uniform material flow and reduces the risk of blockages.
The available filter finenesses are suitable for a wide variety of coating materials and conveyed media, and help to ensure consistent process quality.
