Scope of delivery
The PNEUS Airless high-pressure spray gun has been specially developed for the internal coating of pipes. The system features a compact and robust gun body, whilst all components in contact with the material are made of stainless steel. The integrated pneumatic rotation drive generates a continuous rotational movement of the nozzle, enabling an even and complete coating of the internal pipe surfaces.
System & Application
The PNEUS Airless spray gun is suitable for professional pipe coating applications with high demands on coating uniformity and process reliability. The pneumatic rotary motor ensures continuous rotation of the nozzle, thereby guaranteeing complete internal coating across the entire circumference of the pipe. The system is designed for pipe diameters ranging from 450 mm to 750 mm. On request, the booms can be extended for applications involving pipe diameters of up to 1200 mm.
Thanks to its airless technology, the system is particularly suitable for high-viscosity coating materials, as well as for applications requiring high material throughput and efficient surface coverage.
