The PNEUS MINI Airless high-pressure spray gun has been specially developed for the internal coating of small-diameter pipes. Thanks to its compact and robust design, the system is suitable for applications where an even coating of the internal pipe surfaces is required in confined spaces. All components that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel and ensure high resistance to coating materials.

System & Application

The PNEUS MINI has been developed for the professional internal coating of pipes with diameters ranging from 45 mm to 200 mm. The optional 360° nozzle allows the entire internal surface of the pipe to be coated in a single pass. This enables efficient material application and a uniform coating across the entire circumference of the pipe.

The high-pressure airless process is particularly suitable for industrial coating applications with high material throughput and ensures uniform film formation even with demanding coating materials.
