The Maxi HD filters (Ø33.5 × 130 mm ) are high-pressure in-line filters designed for the reliable filtration of coating materials in material handling systems. With a range of filter mesh sizes from 20 to 200 mesh, the filters can be optimally adapted to different materials and process requirements. They help to remove contaminants from the material flow, extend the service life of nozzles and spray guns, and ensure consistent coating quality.

System & Application

The Maxi HD filters are integrated directly into high-pressure material lines and protect downstream components from particles and contaminants. The different mesh sizes allow for precise adaptation to the respective material quality and the desired degree of filtration. This reduces nozzle blockages and supports a constant supply of material.
