Beschichtpunkt K870 stainless steel HD filter

The K870 HD stainless steel filter has been developed for the filtration of coating materials in high-pressure spray systems. Thanks to its robust construction and integrated fine filtration, it reliably protects nozzles, pumps and other system components from contaminants. The filter is designed for operating pressures of up to 500 bar (7250 psi) and is suitable for demanding industrial coating processes. This model is compatible with Binks® and WIWA® systems.

Applications

The K870 inline filter is integrated directly into the material line and is used for the reliable filtration of lacquers, paints and other coating materials. The integrated filter unit reduces the risk of nozzle blockages and protects downstream components from particles and contaminants. This improves process reliability, coating quality and the service life of the system.
