At the last edition of the European Coating Show, Neurtek presented a new adhesion tester developed using 3D printing technology, also known as additive manufacturing. The new tester benefits from the ergonomic design of the new Cross Cut Tester handle.
It is characterised by improved surface adaptability for curved surfaces and ease of use.
The user can hold the handle with the blade in the correct position according to the angle specified in the cross cut adhesion test standards ASTM D3359 and ISO 2409. Our new model also increases safety and makes it easier to change blades.
Available with 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-stage blades for a thickness range of 0 to > 250 microns and 1 mm x 11 blades for special applications.
The specific adhesive tapes comply with the ISO 2409 standard of Volkswagen, Renault, Ford and General Motors.
