What is included in a high-pressure spraypack and what is it suitable for?
A spraypack includes a piston pump (30:1/45:1/60:1), Airless/AirCombi gun, hose bundle, filter/regulator, suction or drum follower plate as well as a trolley or wall mount. It is suitable for large areas, long lines, high viscosities and fast cycle times.
How do I choose pressure ratio, tip size and hose length?
The pressure ratio is derived from target pressure and viscosity; tip size depends on the desired coating quality and throughput. Hose length and cross-section influence pressure losses; choose the filter mesh to suit the tip. For solvents we recommend ATEX and stainless steel.
What improves stability, safety and serviceability?
Pulsation dampers, suitable hose cross-sections and short dead volumes stabilize the flow. Safety is increased by grounding/ATEX concept, certified pressure relief and low-leakage connections. Service kits, low-wear packings and clear cleaning routines reduce downtime.
