The Digital Inspection Kits combine modern Bluetooth and WiFi measuring devices with app and cloud solutions to create a fully digitalized quality assurance (QA). They cover all inspection areas – from coating thickness (DFT) and climate and dew point measurement (ΔT) to roughness testing, salt and dust inspection (Bresle), gloss and color measurement, adhesion testing and oven profiling. All systems automatically capture photos, barcodes/QR codes, GPS location and timestamps and allow the export of test reports via predefined templates.
Digital inspection kits are used in production, assembly, service and audit processes. They enable seamless real-time data collection, avoid media breaks and accelerate approval and inspection workflows. Through integrated live threshold monitoring and automatic audit trails, all measurements are documented in a revision-proof way – including GPS data, timestamps and image evidence. This creates a traceable quality chain from data capture to report export.
Measuring devices: Use of Bluetooth- and WiFi-enabled instruments for coating thickness measurement (DFT), climate/dew point (ΔT), roughness, Bresle test, gloss/color, adhesion and oven profiling. All devices come with calibration foils, zero plates and traceable standards to ensure high measurement reliability.
App & Cloud System: Use of preconfigured checklists and inspection templates for structured workflows. Features such as photo annotation, QR/barcode scanning, GPS tracking and user rights management support complete documentation. An integrated offline mode allows work without a network connection, with automatic synchronization once reconnected.
Data Management: Structured exports in PDF and CSV for reports and audits. Via API interfaces, data can be transferred directly to ERP, MES or QA systems. Calibration reminders and centralized test equipment management ensure consistently standards-compliant measurements and full QA transparency.
