Sundström SR 299-2 Combination Filter ABEK1 Hg P3

The SR 299-2 ABEK1-Hg-P3 R combination filter offers maximum respiratory protection against gases, vapours and particles in a single filter system. It combines a Class 1 gas filter with a Class 3 particle filter and is ideal for demanding work environments with complex exposure to contaminants.

System & Application

The SR 299-2 belongs to filter class ABEK1-Hg-P3 R and covers almost all relevant types of contaminants. It simultaneously protects against organic and inorganic gases, acid gases, ammonia and highly toxic substances such as mercury vapour, as well as against fine particles such as dust, smoke and aerosols.

Thanks to the integrated combination of gas and particle filters, no additional particle filter isrequired. This reduces installation effort and increases safety during use, particularly when dealing with changing hazardous substances.

The filter is compatible with Sundström half masks (SR 100, SR 900) and full-face masks (SR 200) and is particularly suitable for industry, the chemical sector, decontamination and special applications involving increased risk.

Important: When used against mercury (Hg), the maximum duration of use is 50 hours.
