SaniForce tank emptying systems are designed to convey the thickest and most viscous food, personal care, and pharmaceutical ingredients. With discharge rates up to 99%, SaniForce systems reduce product waste while providing a solution for pumping products up to 2,000,000 cps using hygienically designed, high-pressure piston pumps. Ram systems increase food safety by forming a sealed system with the vessel and improve worker ergonomics by preventing injuries associated with manually scooping and dumping containers and ingredients. The inflatable sealing system has no fasteners or crevices in food contact areas, ensuring a cleaner design. With multiple pump, control, platen and frame options, the systems are configurable to meet the requirements of most user applications and accommodate most available containers.
