Designed for materials that are flow fed but highly viscous and filled and require a filterless displacement pump to prevent clogging.
- Easy maintenance - This motor has 50% fewer parts compared to the NXT valve. This makes maintenance and troubleshooting a breeze. All motor components are easily accessible and require little maintenance.
- Improved icing performance - The valve discs are thermally insulated and mounted separately. This means they do not come into contact with the engine castings, which sometimes cool down to temperatures below zero. The new design of the disc valves and the control lines means that the control valve can no longer freeze, which would otherwise lead to abrupt failures. The risk of icing has been reduced by up to 70 %.
- Less pulsation - The 145 % higher exhaust air capacity in the air valve enables faster and easier stroke changes. This prevents irregularities in the spray pattern - a clearly visible difference.
- The optimised edge pressure and seven instead of the previous five neck seals ensure a tight and firm fit. The new MaxLife bottom pumps have been designed for the most demanding jobs and offer maximum resilience and durability.
- Ability to work with more guns - Thanks to Graco's new powerful air motor, you can use multiple spray guns with almost no noticeable pulsation. A new distributor makes it easier for you to work with multiple spray guns.
