Graco's heated hoses are specially designed for use with Reactor appliances. Hoses are a central component for the entire system. It is therefore important to achieve precise and uniform heating to ensure the best possible application.
For Reactor dosing devices
The new multi-core copper heating element has significantly improved hose quality:
- Provides 10 times* the service life of previous flat copper heating elements
- Long-term, uniform heating without "hot spots"
- Backwards compatible with existing Reactor heated hoses
- Copper heated hoses are specifically designed for use with Graco dispensers
- Coated with a proprietary butyl layer to protect against moisture-sensitive isocyanates
- Hoses are equipped with foam insulation for heat retention
- Different fitting sizes on the hoses for isocyanates and resin prevent accidental connection of the wrong hoses
- Hoses use a customised connection kit to electrically connect the hoses without having to lay copper under the fittings
- Spiral whip end hose with braided copper wires for added flexibility and longer life
