Air-driven Maple 7/15 and Maple 8/25 pumps
BINKS air-driven, horizontal Maple piston pumps with a 15:1 and 25:1 gear ratio are suitable for solvent and water-based paints as well as many other coatings.
The pump design combines an energy-efficient air motor with two low-shear material parts. Cutting-edge technology such as ground steel coils and air valves enable optimum control of the reversing movement of the air motor and therefore a smooth material flow.
The guaranteed ice-free Low Ice quick-venting technology developed by Binks prevents the pump from stopping unintentionally, even at high cycle rates. Blockages of the patented Binks air valve are prevented by the magnetic latching of the main and pilot air valves.
Constant pressure on each stroke of the horizontal, dual piston rod minimises pressure fluctuations. This ensures continuous, virtually pulsation-free material feed.
The low number of spare parts minimises maintenance requirements. This means that the pump can be operated practically maintenance-free and without downtime. Two silencers and intelligent exhaust air technology minimise noise development. An adapter kit enables the pumps to be easily connected to an external exhaust air system if required.
