The range of Binks air-driven mixers extends from hand-operated mixers to 5 gallon (25 litre) drum mixers. The range includes drum and bucket mounted mixers with robust motors and two portable versions. Materials of construction include aluminium, steel and stainless steel.
D Pneumatic agitator with direct drive: Agitator with air-driven direct drive and air motor (0.5 HP) and an agitator blade with three blades so that materials, even viscous solids, remain dissolved.
I Pneumatic agitator with reduction drive: normal load, smooth running with gear reduction, 0.5 HP, 15:1 compression, 20 to 120 rpm.

Pneumatically operated agitators
The agitators ensure that materials are stirred precisely to retain solids for a long time and reduce shear forces. Binks agitators are suitable for a wide range of viscosities as well as solvent and water-based paint materials.
Electrically driven agitator
These electrically driven agitators provide sufficient torque to drive propeller shafts that agitate solvent and water-based paints. A range of propeller sizes and shaft lengths are available for different drum sizes and diameters.
The following agitators are available as part of the Premium Lid Lifter range and can also be purchased individually.
All drum lids for premium siphons are supplied with drilled holes or blanking plates to reduce installation times.
