Suction Feed Spray Guns – Bottom Cup for Precise Coating

Technology & Settings

Nozzle sizes by medium: 1.2–1.4 mm (base/colour), 1.3–1.4 mm (clear coat), 1.7–2.5 mm (fillers/primers). HVLP runs at lower pressure (typically 1.5–2.0 bar) with high transfer efficiency; RP/Airspray delivers very fine atomisation at 2.0–2.5 bar. Cup sizes typically 0.5–1.0 L. Strainers/filters in the cup stabilise the flow; optional PPS® adapters simplify mixing, spraying and storage.

Accessories & Integration

Connection via quick couplings to compressed air; choice between metal and plastic cups (with/without disposable). Air pressure regulators with gauge, fine filters, seal kits, feed tubes and air caps ensure repeatability. For fast media changes, flushing ports and suitable cleaners are useful.
