Technology & settings

Threads & sealing: BSPP (G, parallel) seals flat with washer/O-ring; BSPT/NPT (tapered) seals via the taper – use sealants only according to the standard. Metric threads (e.g. M16×1.5) are usually face-sealed. Flow is defined by the smallest cross-section: choose adapters so there are no bottlenecks or unnecessary transitions. Observe pressure range and media compatibility.
