High-Pressure Pump Spray Packs
High-pressure pump spray packs are complete systems for Airless and AirCombi applications – either cart-mounted on a rugged trolley or supplied as a wall-mount set. Each spray pack combines a piston pump, regulator/gauges, filters, hoses and, optionally, a pulsation damper plus – depending on version – a spray gun.
The result: rapid commissioning, stable pressure and a constant material flow over long hose runs, even at higher viscosity. We size pressure ratio (e.g. 10:1 to 60:1), flow rate (l/min), tip size, filter mesh, hose package and configuration precisely to your medium and process.

How do I choose pressure ratio, flow rate and configuration (cart/wall)?
The pressure ratio (10:1–60:1) follows from target spray pressure, viscosity and hose lengths. The required flow rate (l/min) depends on tip bore, film thickness and desired takt time. Cart provides mobility & drum handling; wall-mount saves space. Choose filter mesh to suit the tip; consider ATEX and stainless steel for solvents.
What ensures stable pressure, safety and a clean finish?
